Manage Sales Tax in Bulk

In Ohio, we have a period every year where items are eligible to be tax free. Right now, I will have to go through each individual item and turn off the tax setting and once the period is over, have to go back in a reapply sales tax to these items. What would be great is to be able to bulk manage sales tax for specific revenue and sales categories
