Automate Member To Sign Club Agreement When Assigning Membership By Staff

When a member uses the website to became a new member the waiver and club agreement get signed immediately during the sign up process.

When a person is assigned a new membership by our staff there is a membership agreement that needs to be signed that needs to be manually sent by the staff. 

I would like an email to be auto generated to be sent to the member to sign. Also it would be nice to include the staff in the email so that they can do a follow up in case the member did not sign it.
