Future Membership cancellation date

Right now, when you set a future date for membership cancellation all billing stops.  We need a way to cancel a membership on a future date but have regular billing cycles continue until that future date. We set our memberships up for 12 months. Frequently, people know that they don't want their memberships to continue past their 12 months.  We just realized when we were setting their future cancellation date that they stopped getting charged immediately.
