Membership Deposit

The ability to take a deposit on a membership or event to "hold your spot in line" during a pre-sale period.  The deposit could then have the ability to be applied as an account credit toward the full purchase price of that membership type or event.  A feature likely welcomed by many clubs in the startup process.  Useful for regular events as well.
