Leave notes for waitlist

When we have players on the waitlist, it would be nice if someone from the staff has called them that we can leave a note.  Sometimes our Open Play isn't full and there is no log to when players are called and left messages.  We don't want to leave on the notes for the court.  That is visible by players as well.
