Tracking Guest Waivers

We would like to track guest waivers signed in Court Reserve to be able to find them by easily searching their name. Then, we can use their already signed waiver to make an account for them or know that they have at least signed it before. 

On the same note, it would be useful to be able to send a link out to clients that are coming for an event to sign the waivers ahead of time. I know this concern has already been brought to attention but as a new facility, it is something we are deeply struggling with. My advice would be to create the abilities to either make a membership or a guest waiver via one link.
