Adding fees to Attendance Check-ins

We have a policy where people can sign up for programs on CR up until 24 hours before the program starts. If they want to join later than that, they have to call the desk. We want there to be a way to charge them an extra fee to do this, since this affects our staffing for the programs. If I could attach a fee to an attendance check-in like "Signed up late," then I could easily charge that increased fee. Right now, I would have to manually post a misc fee to profiles every time this happens and that is way too much to keep track of. Something like this or any other idea on how to charge different fees should some certain situation occur would be so helpful. PLEASE ADD THIS! We don't want to turn away people who want to play but we have to make it fair for our pros who staff the programs based on the registrant numbers.
