Add ability to exclude select Member Groups in communications -- emails, push notifications, texts

Add option for "reverse selection" (filter) e.g. to EXCLUDE certain member groups.

The scenario is for a push about a clinic for Intermediate players and I want to exclude those members who are part of our 4.5 Member Group, 4.25 Member Group, etc. Currently I have to select ALL and then manually uncheck those who have one of those Member Groups listed. It would be a huge help if I could tell the system to select all except to exclude certain groups.
