phone number and info on new member email notification I receive

When a new member signs up I receive an email with their name and email address.  It would be helpful for that email to include the new members email and the answers to the questions from the sign up form.  I want to be able to receive that email notification and pick up  the phone right then and make a welcome call, without having to log into the system to get their phone number and basic information needed to make the call easier and more informed about the new member
