Add a way to mirror email announcements in the member portal.

We have a new monthly newsletter that we send out to our members as an email announcement.

It would be nice if we had a way to have this and other email announcements display in a feed on the member portal.

I asked Dexter about this, but it seems that, currently, the only option is to manually recreate the announcement as either a global announcement or an article in the News widget.

As a workaround, I tried doing a copy-paste of the email into the body of a news article, but CR threw an error that base64 images are not supported.  :(
