Auto-Assign Players to Event Courts, then Auto-Release unused Courts to Reserve X hours before start

Scenario: 3.5 Event is initially set up with all 7 Courts for Max Participants of 42 players (6 per court) at 10am

X hours or at a set time the evening before the start, the system checks and finds only 22 players have signed up.

22 players / 4 per court will only need 5 Courts - so, unassign 2 Courts, allowing other members to Reserve a court

Currently - I manually check the evening before around 5-6-pm to do this process. EVERY. DAY.  :p
