Add "Other" to EOD report

Currently, the EOD Report does not account for the "Other" category. This throws off our reconciliation of receipts to the register when we have other online payments made through Venmo or Paypal, etc.

I like using the EOD report as a high level, simple report but now cannot use it for these reasons.
