Packages vs one off lessons

Do not offer a 1x purchase, force it to a be a package of 1 session. The current process throws off the Transaction List Report and could lead to erroneous reports if your filters are not correct. Also, we have to run 2 separate reports just to get info on lessons and punches/payments.
