Release Open Play Courts to accomodate fewer players.

Are you talking about Events that have a preset number of players?

If so, I would agree that it would be nice if we started with 4 courts assigned to an Event for a max of 24 players (6 per court in our case) if the system would automatically reduce the courts and max based on how many are signed up by X hours/days in advance...thereby allowing other players to Reserve.

Yes, this is exactly what we are trying to do. Our club has many functions and checking daily is a bit tedious.

This would be fantastic for open play and very useful for other events as well. We prioritize open play over reservations during peak times but want to make courts available if the open play session is undersubscribed. I can't imagine anyone not wanting to use this feature for open play once they learned about it.
