Notify members that their upcoming fee will be paid with auto-pay

Our fees are annual, so sometimes people forget that they have auto-pay set up. One member double paid when he later wrote a check. I believe the usual practice is to send a notification to a member, a fee days in advance, that their payment profile will be used, maybe include the last 4 digits in case it's become obsolete.
