Change Event Default Message for "Registration not allowed for this event" based on user login and/or profile status

Members that are not logged in or viewing a Widget see the "Registration not allowed for this event" message on an Event, when the real issue may be as simple as them logging in to be able to register.

If a player is not logged in or when it is a Public Widget view, change this to say something like "Please login to see Registration options for this event"

If an event is set so that all members can see the Event, but not all can Register for it, say something like "Your profile does not meet the Registration requirements for this event".
