Website should not force "new tab" on on-page links

Currently, despite the HTML not indicating that a new tab will be opened, links on a webpage open in a new tab.

This is unexpected behaviour for the site visitor, and unintended behaviour by the page creator (the club). Seems more like an error than a feature, and would be great to see that fixed!.
