Allow the ability to edit a single session of an event series to take offline or remove registration online with editing entire event series

We have weekly classes set up as an event series that recurs weekly. But if we have low numbers, we cancel the day before. It would be great if we had the option to uncheck 'public' to hide the class we're cancelling from the calendar, or to disallow online registration, so we can stop people signing up but still have it viewable on the admin scheduler side so we can call the people that are signed up and let them know. Right now those options are only available when editing the entire series, but not for single event sessions.
