Reservation List Widget Enhancement

I'll start with saying I really like the look and feel of the reservation list widget. It is simple & clean and I like how it brings in all activities (reservations & events) and I am going to use this on a smart tv for my lobby.

I would like to see the following enhancements:

1. Ability to NOT show a players FULL NAME since most of my athletes are kids (maybe first name and last initial option and an option for full name)

2. The ability to show EVENT custom fields as well. 

Example: I have a 50,000 sq ft facility. We have several Doors that lead to different fields. I would like to be able to display my Event custom field called DOOR in this widget just like it is on the reservations (see picture)

3. Ability to toggle SHOWING or NOT SHOWING "CATEGORY"

4. I don't think the widget does this today but: The ability to "roll off" past reservations/events for the day

5. Vertical Scroll option with scroll time options (similar to the horizontal scroll in the calendar/lobby view) 

6. Make date/time and Details column wider and the rest of the columns narrower - or let us set the % in terms of column widths.
