Date of Birth Field does not accept leading zeroes

Please update the validation for the Date of Birth field in the App, perhaps browsers (I haven't tested browsers)

Two members trying to enter their Date of Birth were getting errors telling them their DOB is required after they've entered it.

Issue appears to be that if you enter a leading 0 in the Month field, for example 04 or 09 were both used today to confirm this issue.  When I had the member remove the leading zero, everything saved fine.
