We need to distinguish between main coaches and assistant coaches in CR

We need to be able to distinguish who a main coach is for a class and who the assistant coach is. Their pay rates are different and we are not able to determine this from the reports we pull for payroll processing. Currently, you can add as many coaches to a clinic as you want, but all of them will just randomly show up in a report but they need to be categorized.

Even if it's a simple 1-2-3 category. The main coach can be coach #1.
