Family Memberships and Exclusivity of the Product
Hey there, it has been brought to my attention that it is not possible for a Primary Account holder to add a Spouse or Family member to their account at our club if that person has a "non family" or individual account with Court Reserve from any other club, tournament, etc. This is very disappointing because it makes the user experience for our club dependent on random variables of whether that family has any members who have ever used Court Reserve under that same email address in an individual membership capacity.
