Add "Created On" as output on the Cancellations report output

It would be very helpful if the Cancellations report could show the Created On date, so we could easily understand how long ahead of a cancellation the person has held the court. At the moment, we have to run a Reservations report and correlate the two, or use the Audit log to poke into each one.
In addition, it would be great to show something like "Days Held” or "Hours Held" (Cancelled On minus Created On) to directly tell us how long the court was held.
We’re trying to understand how long ahead of cancellations our members have held the court, for a range of cancellations over time.
