Could you please develop a way to show which events you have hidden when looking at your events in list view--like a different color.. That way you can confirm when looking at all your weekly or upcoming events that something is or is not hidden without having to open it to check or go to member view to check

Hi there! Are you referring to hidden based on the "not public" setting at the membership level, or hidden based on the check box under the event's additional settings that hides it from Event Lists and Calendars so the event is only accessible through the public event URL?
Hidden based on the check box under the events additional settings.
Also, if there are not enough people signed up for an event how do you take it away from member view without losing it on the admin side? Canceling it removes it completely so you have no record of it or who was signed up, and if you hide it and it is part of a recurring weekly event it hides every event.
Thanks!
Thank you for clarifying the hidden issue.
For the Low Numbers Question there are a few ways to see these events listed below. But I do have some posts on the idea board about making the low numbers cancelled events easier to find. Thank you for your feedback!
- For single date events (with no recurrence), you can find that event by using the Filter button on the admin event list to find events in the past with a status of cancelled.
- For recurring events, you can go to that event's list of dates and check the box that say "Show past event dates" this will display cancelled dates at the bottom of your list. In this row you can also see the cancelled list of registrants and the reason they were cancelled (pictured).
- If you go to the scheduler, and use the filter in the top right corner.
