Send admin a notification when a member cancels a guest from an event

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and although we get notified when a member cancels their reservation, we get no notification when they cancel a guest from an event.  Please set up the system to send a notification when any reservation is cancelled--the member or their guests.

With a notification there is a chance I can find someone to fill the spot which is sometimes more important for the event than billing for the cancellation.  Twice in two weeks I had no idea a full event had a spot open up because someone cancelled a guest.
