Email Notifications - Exact Time When Emails Are Received
Hi there! We would like to see the exact time when email notifications are received in particular for reservation cancellations (or any cancellations). Considering the size of some of our locations, we want to make sure that we can confirm when patrons receive their email notification. This can help us see if there are any delays and we should have staff call patrons or use a different email platform instead. At this time, the only way we can tell if there are any delays are when patrons show up for cancelled reservation or complain.
