Batch Billing: Ability To Turn Off Emails

It would be nice to have the option to turn OFF emails automatically being sent when a billing batch is created. We do not take payments in CourtReserve at our Country Club and members receive a statement and PAID receipt from the account software. So, I just need to run a batch so I can mark all transactions paid for the prior month. It is redundant and a little confusing if our members receive (2) sets of communication showing a bill statement and then communication confirming it is paid.
