Creating an account using the APP but they already have one, using the same email!
Why is this allowed? The system should recognize they have an account already and help them reset their own password, rather than making us merge the account on the backend. We have people having multiple accounts because when they end up downloading the APP they think they have to create an account for that app not realizing they have an account. The system shouldn't allow them to create another account with the same email, especially when you can't use that email for other family members, that is when it should be allowed.

Hi there, our app/sign-up flow does recognize if a player has the same email and requires them to use that email when setting up an account. They cannot use the same email twice in the same club. Please contact our support team for assistance so we can see if there is something we need to correct here.
