Closures prompting reservation partial refund based on length of closure

Hi there! Currently, closures will prompt a full refund for reservation fees even if the closure is only on part of the reservation. For example, in a 1.5 hour reservation, if the first 0.5 hour runs but the last hour gets rained out, we put a closure on the last hour but the platform will prompt a full refund for the 1.5 hour reservation. We would like closures to prompt a partial refund amount based on the amount of time that has the closure. So in the example, we would like the closure to prompt a partial reservation for that last our of the reservation that got rained out.
