Lesson / Instructor Pricing Settings Page Redesign

We have a standard lesson pricing model which is uniform across the board regardless of membership (for now).

Currently, as I understand, the Lesson Pricing is found under Instructor pricing which is a very confusing and visually hard to follow page. 

It would be great to rename the tab to Lesson Pricing and simplify the look and feel of the page to start with the LESSON TYPE first, not the Instructor to which the lesson pricing is repeated.

Asking us to hunt through this page to simply change the overall price of our (for example) 30 Minute Lesson 5 Pack is extremely time consuming and is subject to error as the page appears cluttered. Additionally, it is unclear if the instructor specific pricing overrides what comes after with regards to custom pricing or visa-versa so as you can see half the prices fall under instructors and the others are custom pricing. It is confusing.

Here is a sample from the old system we used that was streamlined and easy to update with membership-based exceptions within each pricing option. 

1. Special Instructor pricing (say if you had a PRO instructor vs a Non-Pro instructor) is handled as a new pricing option that relates to a tier-based instructor pricing model.
example: 

Appointment/Lesson Type = 30 Minute Lesson PRO

Pricing Options that can be used for that Appointment / Lesson Type= 30 Minute Lesson 5 Pack PRO (vs 30 Minute Lesson 5 Pack PRO)

Instructor Appointments Allowed (configured for each instructor on the instructor settings page) = 30 Minute Lesson PRO

2. Special Membership-based pricing can be handled either as a new pricing option that relates to a membership-based pricing model OR within the previous pricing options where memberships can be excluded from pricing options that do not receive that pricing.

When you click Save with Additional Options, the system would take you to the next screen to set options like the barcode, early bird pricing, discounts, restrictions and special membership -based pricing (I cannot show it here since we no longer use the system for this purpose so I cannot get to the page anymore).
