Bulk Email Improvements (Beta)
This project is currently in beta and includes several new enhancements to Bulk Email, such as:
- New Bulk Email Dashboard – A new dashboard to view, manage, and organize all bulk emails and templates in one place.

Multiple Draft Emails – Ability to create, save, and manage multiple email drafts.

Email Templates – Create reusable templates to speed up future emails and maintain consistent formatting.

Improved Email Creation Flow – A smoother, more intuitive experience when creating an email.
Send Test Emails – Quickly send a test version of your email to system users.

Email Scheduling – Schedule emails to send at a later date and time.

We really like this idea, I'll get it in the queue.
any sense on whether you might add this capability or not? Would be super helpful. Anyone who's used MailChimp or one of the email send programs should understand its purpose and value.
Hey guys, I've lost several emails due to the page needing to "reload". You should develop a "save progress" feature on the email page. Thank you.
Great News - this is coming out in Q4 2024!
Not only will you have drafts, but you will get a:
1. A brand new email designer that makes it even easier to design emails
2. Ability to save multiple drafts
3. Ability to save and use templates
4. Ability to preview and send test emails

aren't we in Q4? I like the new designer, but need to be able to save drafts!!
we need to preview these emails before sending to the clients
With the new "Duplicate Email" function, our communications coordinator now sends a single email to herself and if happy with the results, she "duplicates" the email and sends to our membership. This more or less does what you are looking for?

This feature is already in the works! Should come out in our January release.
Not only does it do drafts, but it allows you to have multiple drafts at the same time!

If possible, also scheduled email. We can easily draft some email and sending it out on the date and time

Thank you for posting this feature request! We recently wrapped up a bunch of great improvements to Bulk Email, which are now available to our first group of beta customers. We’re currently working through their initial feedback, and once we've addressed everything, we’ll be releasing these updates to our second beta group. I’ve added you to that next group. 😁
Here’s an overview of what’s new:
