with the word "drop-in" being the name of a pickleball program, can we find a way to change the name of "drop-in" prices when people register for clinics? it confuses them if they are signing up for drop-in or clinics.

We will not be changing the pricing verbiage around "Drop-In". That would cause mass confusion among the customer base.
I would suggest you use the term "Open Play" with your Pickleball programs. That's the more common word for these types of events.
