Registration report - add RegistrationID

Critical to any relational database is a primary key which uniquely identifies each row of a table. For a member database, a memberID serves this purpose. For a transaction database, a transactionID serves this purpose. similarly, it is critical that CR expose a registrationID to the detailed registration report.

expanding on this, the associated IDs for the registration should be exposed, so that it is possible to relate the registration database.


for instance, already included is memberID, but also should include programID, transactionID, etc....
