Template to Save for Batch Billing

We run Invoices every month for all accounts that have balances. We do the same thing each month (same settings) and would like to have a Template option. If we could save those settings so each month all we need to do is change the dates and add the members, that would be so much easier and create less error. We just had a huge error where our staff ran the Batch Billing but didn't set a date for the month and therefore members were billed for ALL future charges. It created a lot of confusion and extra work for management, so we want to avoid that. If we had a set Template, that would greatly help! I'm not sure why that isn't an option, because you can copy things like Programs. So even if Batch Billing had a copy function and you could just adjust the dates, that would work.
