DUPR reliability as restriction criteria

I am a club director. It's very useful to have the ability to set DUPR rating restrictions on events. But there also needs to be the ability to set a threshhold for a DUPR Reliability score. Scrutinizing DUPR ratings without taking reliability into account creates conflict and discourages players from actively developing their DUPRs. Once they get a score they like, they stop logging games. I know my players, and I myself, would love to see DUPR reliability taken into account.
