Notification for online court booking request

Court bookings to be approved are added to the TO DO tab. At the moment there is nothing suggesting anything is in that tab unless you click on it to see it. Would it be possible to add a red dot or some notification on that tab panel when a court is requested online?

Hi Johnathon, 

The way the "red dot" works on the "TO DO" page is that the system will run a check every 5 minutes to see if any approvals require Admin attention. If at the time of the check, there are items to review, the red dot will appear. The images posted are an example from my org.

If this is not happening in your system, please open a ticket with our support team. The development team will need to review.
