Student Follow Ups for Lessons

I had a quick thought. In the past, I used to follow up manually each week by text with tennis students who were not on a recurring lesson schedule with our coaches. I’m wondering if there is a way to automate this process through an email or text reminder.

Ideally, any student who hasn’t rebooked or attended a lesson within a week or so would automatically receive a message asking when they’d like to schedule their next session. This has been a great way to keep students engaged, especially those who prefer not to set up recurring lessons upfront.

It would be great if there was a feature in CourtReserve that allows for this type of automated follow-up.
