Allow renaming of a page.

Currently you do not allow a page to be renamed. This seems like a simple thing. To work around it you have to create a new page with the new name you want, put the same rows under it, recreated all the links that were to the old page and finally delete the old page. A lot of work when it should be a SMOP (small matter of programming) to fix it,
