Enhancements for Email Builder - Find and Replace function

To make the Email Templates even more useful, it would be great if there could be a Find and Replace function within Email Builder.  Currently I can do CTRL-F to find but I cannot replace.  I have an email that is sent each year with more or less the same text and what I need to replace is the year.  If I could specify XX in the template and then find/replace each occurrence with the current year (or better yet, replace all), my email would be complete in seconds.
