Refunds Affecting Reporting and Payroll

A member buys multiple items with different revenue codes on one transaction and one item is returned. Court Reserve doesn't have the capability to return a specific item. It takes money from each item for the refund. 

Example: socks, racquet, stringing were purchased on one transaction. Socks were returned, but Court Reserve splits money from all three items to issue the refund. Stringing is a different revenue code, so it affects payroll. For accurate reporting, it's necessary for the refund to be attributed to the right revenue category.
