Package as Payment Method

Allow "Packages" as a 'Method of Payment' to activate within a club account.
This package setting would give the same/similar payment functionality as a credit card, EVEN IF the club is NOT accepting credit card payments. 

Case Example: Clubs NOT taking payments through CR due to Stripe, Safesave, or CR not accepting their country currency, but want to manage their club reservations and data through CR.
Allowing Packages as a payment type allows the club to take the physical payment outside of CR for the Package price and still use all the payment features of the Package Payment within CR to manage their financial data and bookings.
