More Enhancements for Bulk Email

Two more enhancements that we would like to see include:

1. Supporting an ordered (numbered) list like in this interface.  Currently only unordered lists are supported
2. Adding default font size to settings so that we can indicate it in one place as opposed to change it on every paragraph.  The font size is currently set to 14 and we would like to set it to 16.
