Past Due Fees Payment Notification

When an event or reservation passes and someone hasn't paid could the past due notice stay on their home screen in the app as an amount still due? I have a lot of people struggling to find the pay option once an event or reservation has passed when they are using the app. We have a facility that is not staffed.
