Currently, players are unable to cancel their own lessons without admin approval if the lesson was originally created by an admin or staff member. This creates unnecessary friction for both players and club staff.

• Add a setting that allows clubs to choose whether players can cancel their own lessons

• Option to apply a cancellation window (e.g., 12, 24, or 48 hours)

• Option to apply penalties or late-cancel rules as defined by the club

• Admin-level toggle so each club can decide what works best for their operation

Use Case:
At a busy tennis club with frequent private lessons, players often need flexibility to cancel or reschedule within the club’s policies. Requiring admin approval for every cancellation creates delays and additional manual work that could easily be automated.
