"upcoming birthdays" on the admin panel

I think it would be a nice touch to have upcoming birthdays (within the coming 2 weeks, perhaps?) show in the admin panel (with the ability to filter which member types we want to see). I would love to be able to reach out to members (vs pay-as-you-go players) to wish them a HBD!

Other than exporting a report to excel and sorting it, there's no easy way to see a calendar of member birthdays.
