Unfortunately the Discounts can not be set to minutes. At this time they can only be inputted to be eligible for a reservation or event booking, or on an hour(s) basis. I definitely recommend getting this enhanced, as most of my members play in 1.5 hour increments, so the discount may fall on a #.5 duration.
