Automate Batch Billing

Hi CourtReserve Team,

I wanted to suggest an enhancement to the batch billing feature that I believe would significantly improve efficiency for clubs.

Currently, batch billing requires manually recreating the same batch each month. It would be extremely helpful if batch billing could be set up as a recurring or automated process, allowing a batch to repeat automatically at the end of each month without manual intervention.

this would:

• Save administrative time
• Reduce the risk of human error
• Create a more streamlined billing workflow

Ideally, the feature could allow users to define a batch once and set it to recur monthly, with the option to edit, pause, or cancel as needed.

Thank you for considering this suggestion. I believe it would be a valuable improvement for many clubs using CourtReserve.
