Enable events to be schedule in perpetuity

Currently, events must have an end date or end by X dates. The maximum allowed recurrences is 99. Today, we have to manually update each event that we have once it reaches the end of the series. We should be allowed to create event series in perpetuity to reduce manual labor of updating the dates. This would be considered basic functionality.
