Automated Welcome Email with Same Verbiage to All New Account Holders After Creating Account

Our club would like to add verbiage to an automated message members receive the FIRST TIME they create their account and membership.  Since we are a 24/7 access club, we have a locked door system with a third party vendor and every member receives a 4 digit access code into the facility within 24 hours after creating their account in Court Reserve.  We want to make this clear with a Court Reserve automated message.
