The Open reservation feature is a great tool but only if there are only members allowed to join. If a member books an OR court & welcomes non-members, there needs to be a better way to handle the Guest Fee. Currently the member has to pay for all his guests when the court is finalized. Most of us don't want to be in the collection business!
If a member books an OR court, if a non-member attempts to join that OR court, they need to provide their username & password to login AND have a payment method on-file with the club.. When the court is finalized, each of the non-members would be charged the guest fee. If a non-member books the OR court, the higher day rate would apply to all participants. CR already handles payments for EVENTS posted by the Club. This should be an easy option to integrate. If there is no payment method on file, they can't join the court. It can be a checkbox option when the member books the OR court - the check the box to bill the guests, or check a box if they want to pay for it themselves. Can this be done easily?
